BILL CULBERT’S work studies the essential interaction between light and the human eye, frequently utilizing discarded plastic goods as the object if his illumination.  He exhibited internationally for more than five decades, gaining wide recognition in New Zealand and Australia, where he was commissioned to do numerous public art works that emphasize light as a medium.
